Propolis is an aromatic, resinous solid substance formed when bees collect resin from plant buds and tree barks, and mix it with their own secretions (such as beeswax and saliva). Bees use it to repair honeycombs, seal gaps, and maintain a sterile environment within the hive to prevent the invasion of pathogens. As a result, propolis is renowned as a "natural antibiotic" and the "guardian of the bee colony."
The fixed propolis content in each capsule allows for precise dosage, preventing excessive or insufficient intake. The capsule encapsulation prevents the volatilization and oxidation of the active components in propolis, extending its shelf life.
